Compile Blade and Markdown on the same platform that serves the result.

Built how
Jigsaw is a static site generator from Tighten, a Laravel consultancy. It renders Markdown and Blade, Laravel's templating engine, into plain HTML, so a finished site has no database behind it and nothing to keep patched at runtime.
The build is what makes it worth hosting on a PHP platform. Jigsaw needs Composer and PHP 8.2 or newer to compile, a step most static hosts hand off to a separate CI service. Here it belongs to the deployment: git push triggers Composer, then the Jigsaw build, then the release swap. The root path points at the compiled output, so visitors never reach the source.
What it costs to run
Nothing runs between requests, so the component set stays small: PHP for the build, plus storage and traffic. No MySQL, no jobs, no key-value store. The pricing page has the numbers.
Jigsaw fits documentation and product sites that sit beside a larger application. Running both here means one deploy workflow and one SSH login. Flat-file and static publishing has a long history on this platform, which is why Hyde, Kirby, Statamic and Grav are supported too.
