Technology stack: fortrabbit is tuned specifically for PHP. We don't host email, we don't host DNS (except for the app domain). This allows us to optimize the entire stack for PHP performance. KnownHost is a more traditional host that handles email, DNS, and databases on the same server (in shared/VPS setups).
