I just wanted to say that the documentation that you guys have and the service you provided me while I was initially setting everything up was probably the best I've encountered in my 20-ish years of front-end web development. Your dashboard is super simple and it has all of the right things for someone like me, and none of the fluff that isn't necessary.
As a design and development studio, managing and maintaining servers used to take a big chunk of our time, especially when things went wrong or major updates were needed. Passing that responsibility to fortrabbit, who are absolute experts and have a specialist team, was a game changer. The service is faultlessly stable, support is always fantastic & prompt and it scales with the click of a button. The whole experience is so scarily smooth! I've been fortrabbit customer since forever. I switched a few projects from the old to the new dashboard and it's even better. The support is great, and the uptime is as well. When something breaks the problem is 99% me. (My girlfriend would agree.) Anyway. Yeah, it's good.

I've spent too many hours of my life chatting with support agents from other companies, sometimes getting the run-around. Here I can talk directly to the core team, get an answer fast, and become a better developer in the process. No issues.

Frank and the team have been amazing, and taken my feedback seriously. The component-based pricing is easy to understand and competitive. The dashboard is well thought out, and the platform continues to be built for what I do: PHP, Laravel (Statamic). I'm moving my stuff back, where it always should have been.
